  • Be part of a highly motivated Steering Unit team for automotive suppliers in Europe and responsible for the Technical Customer Service unit
  • Aim is the European support of automotive supplier customers with the optimal technical service and a team of experts in adhesives
  • As technical expert you bring detailed solutions to our customers and provide the internal teams with clear guidance on laboratory testing and customer needs
  • Develop your team members and form a strong European team. Your motivating manner inspires the other team members and enables new solutions
  • Work jointly with the sales and Key Account teams to launch new products and establish Henkel as leading solution provider. Be able to work on sales tools (like CRM tools/CAPRIS) you facilitate the teamwork with the sales teams
  • In design center and headquarters you build and maintain key relationships with engineers, designers and researchers


  • Master or PhD in Science or Engineering
  • Several years of technical experience in adhesives and/or automotive
  • Experience in team leadership paired with high social competence and communication skills
  • English is mandatory/German and other languages preferrable
  • Analytical and strategic person, also able to solve operative issues on products, applications and technical customer requests
  • Teamorientation, willingness to achieve targets and high motivation and enthusiams are your key characteristics
  • Willingness to travel
